For a private Roaring ’20s–themed holiday event, custom invitations, menus, and table name cards were designed for employees of the The Westin Ottawa and Delta Hotels by Marriott Ottawa City Centre.

As an in-house employee event, the stationery did not need to adhere to the established branding of the The Westin Ottawa or Delta Hotels by Marriott Ottawa City Centre, allowing for creative freedom in both colour and design.
Constraints
Because the event required table name cards, last-minute guest changes had to be carefully accounted for within the production timeline. It was essential to confirm all guest names prior to the print deadline, ensuring accuracy and that every attendee was properly included.
Outcome
The final outcome was a cohesive and visually engaging set of event stationery that captured the Roaring ’20s theme while remaining clear and functional. Despite tight timelines and last-minute guest changes, all materials were produced accurately and delivered on schedule, contributing to a smooth and successful event.
